We are a married couple who relocated from Edinburgh to Spain in 2010. With three children and four grandchildren still living in Scotland, we often miss our family dearly. However, thanks to the convenience of Facetime, we are able to see and talk to them on a regular basis. Whenever they come to visit, we cherish the quality family time we get to spend together.

In 2016, we purchased our first cave, which initially served as our personal holiday home. We undertook a complete refurbishment of the cave, which was originally used as an animal shelter. If you’re interested in our journey, you can catch a glimpse of it on our YouTube Channel.

Unexpectedly, our plan to have a Cave Rental emerged during a casual conversation over a bottle of wine. As they say, good plans often arise in such relaxed moments. However, the full story behind this venture is a bit too lengthy for now.

As some of you may already know, Cuevas Helena was documented throughout its renovation and the footage has been broadcasted in multiple countries worldwide. Inside the cave, we have a DVD that guests love to watch, as it allows them to truly immerse themselves in the unique atmosphere of Cuevas Helena and appreciate the effort that went into its creation.
